tribulations of real estate investing. The book
includes a compilation of stories from Gordon’s Journal,
starting at entry level investing - the first rental
home and transitions up to multi family, vacant land,
commercial, splits and investment assessment. Gordon
takes the young man under his wing and weaves lessons of
balance in all areas of life, financial, health, family,
spiritual from knowledge that only comes from
experience. Gordon also becomes the readers mentor and
teaches the reader how to invest and better their life
using the interactive format. The interactive format
engages the reader with, worksheets and formulas for
reference and learning, including real estate
transactions, creative financing, life lessons and
coaches the reader to become a successful well rounded
and savvy real estate investor who will also be a
respected and admired individual. The book is a
comprehensive overview of creative ways to invest in
real estate with the learning curve taken out.
The
author, Jeff Wellman a real estate broker owner for 20
years compiled from hundreds of interviews of real life
transactions between buyers and sellers from across the
country with each step explained and illustrated through
out Gordon’s Journal. Jeff also incorporated years of
education on goal setting life lessons, priorities and
life management techniques. The Real Estate for Life
